Lamont will make it a priority to enhance the infrastructure and overall cleanliness of the ward, and be responsive to the essential needs of the community.

As Alderman Lamont will:

• Work to shorten response times to 311 requests for requests such as: potholes, graffiti, or broken streetlights, to help keep the ward clean and safe.
• Work to ensure that the city’s emergency response systems are prepared and ready to respond to natural disasters and other emergencies in the 4th ward.
• Adopt a proactive approach and conduct regular infrastructure surveys of the ward’s streets and sidewalks to identify areas that need attention before they become major problems.
• Ensure that regular street cleanings are conducted within the ward to maintain a clean and attractive environment for residents.
